394 IFP Students Studied at Seven CCN IFP Centers
在CCN秘书处与各预科中心的紧密合作下，2023年9月至2024年7月期间，来自全球10个国家的394名学生接受了CCN统一标准的中文预科教育。
其中，共有336名学生分别经历为期一年的A路径、半年的B路径或三个月的C路径的学习后，于2024年7月通过“CCN数字校园”考试中心，参加了2023-2024学年CCN国际预科项目的统一在线毕业考试（CCN Foundation Test, CFT）。整个考试过程组织得当，流程顺畅，充分展现了CCN在考试管理上的高标准与严谨性。
Under the close collaboration between the CCN Secretariat and International Foundation Programme (IFP) Centers , a total of 394 students from 10 countries worldwide completed the CCN standardized Chinese-taught foundation education from September 2023 to July 2024.
Among them, 336 students, after completing one year of the route A, six months of the route B, or three months of the route C courses, participated in the unified online CCN Foundation Test (CFT) in July 2024 via the "CCN Digital Campus" Examination Center. The entire examination process was well-organized and smooth, showcasing the high standards and rigor of CCN’s exam management.

External Review by Exam Board Ensures Fairness of Results
CCN始终严格执行学术质量保障体系。借助“CCN数字校园”技术，客观题由CCN智能题库系统自动评卷，主观题则由预科中心教师进行初步评分。同时，为确保最终成绩的公正性与准确性，来自天津大学、上海外国语大学等校的9位专家组成外部考试委员会，进行了全方位的二次评审。
评审内容涵盖毕业考试设计（包括试卷质量、在线考试平台和考试管理政策、考试流程设计等）、考试组织（包括监考视频和复核视频）及内部评分的100%复核。此外，专家组还对考勤、月考和阶段考等日常评估进行了随机抽查，确保成绩公平与准确性。
经六天紧张有序的评审工作，专家组最终认定：2023-2024学年ABC路径学生毕业成绩通过率为89%，优秀率达到58%！
CCN strictly adheres to an academic quality assurance system. Leveraging the technology of the "CCN Digital Campus," objective test questions were automatically graded by the CCN Smart Question Bank System (SQB), while subjective questions were initially scored by IFP centers. Additionally, to ensure the fairness and accuracy of the final results, the CCN Academic Management Center (AMC) invited nine external Exam Board experts from Tianjin University, Shanghai International Studies University, and other institutions conducted a comprehensive re-evaluation of the CFT and IFP results.
The external review covered various aspects, including the graduation exam design (such as exam paper quality, online exam platform, exam management policies, and process design), exam organization (including monitoring videos and review footage), and a 100% recheck of internal grading. Furthermore, the expert group conducted random checks of regular assessments such as attendance, monthly tests, and midterm evaluations to guarantee fairness and accuracy in the final scores.
After six days of intensive and orderly review, the experts announced that the pass rate of IFP results for Routes A, B, and C for the 2023-2024 academic year was 89%, with an excellent rate of 58%.
专家组高度评价教学质量与考试体系
Exam Board Highly Recognizes Teaching Quality and Exam System
2024年7月21日和8月2日，考试委员会召开了“2023-2024学年CCN国际预科项目考试委员会评审认定会”。CCN学术委员会副主任杨静思女士、外部考试委员会专家组全体成员及CCN学术管理中心工作团队出席会议。
会上，专家组总结了学术汉语、数学、物理和研究方法等科目的毕业考试和成绩评审工作，并对预科项目的整体设计、考试平台的严谨性、考试组织管理的精确性和评估体系的完整性给予高度评价。同时，专家组也针对部分预科中心的内部评分提出了改进建议。
最终，考试委员会专家组一致认定：2023-2024学年CCN国际预科项目的毕业成绩真实有效，可作为学生进入CCN成员大学的可靠依据。专家组还肯定了CCN学术管理中心与各预科中心的通力合作，顺利实现了年度教育目标，成功为CCN成员大学输送了优秀毕业生。
On July 21 and August 2, 2024, the board held the "2023-2024 CCN International Foundation Programme Exam Committee Review Meeting." The meeting was attended by Ms. Yang Jingsi, Vice Director of the CCN Academic Committee, all members of the external Exam Board, and the CCN Academic Management Centre team.
During the meeting, the Exam Board reviewed and summarized the graduation results in subjects such as Chinese for Academic Purposes, Mathematics, Physics, and Research Methodology. They highly praised the overall design of the CCN IFP the rigour of the online exam platform, the detail of exam organization and management, and the comprehensiveness of the assessment system. They also provided suggestions for improving the internal grading quality in some IFP Centers.
In conclusion, the Exam Board unanimously confirmed that the 2023-2024 academic year’s CCN International Foundation Programme graduation results are accurate and valid, the result can be relied upon as credible evidence for students’ admission to CCN member universities. They also commended the joint efforts of the CCN Academic Management Centre and the IFP centers, which successfully met the program's educational goals and delivering high-quality graduates to CCN member universities.
